EnspectorPro is a cloud-based building envelope leakage testing (blower door) reporting and verification tool developed by FSEC, an energy research institute of the University of Central Florida.

Designed to help improve the quality control of throughput of building envelope leakage field test results, EnspectorPro works on office computers, tablets and smart phones, making it easy for test reports to be sent from the field by email to the main office, builder or building department.

EnspectorPro users are required to possess accepted certifications for the testing being performed, and it’s never been easier for quality assurance inspectors and building officials to verify field energy inspectors and their quality assurance provider programs.

EnspectorPro is currently limited to FSEC-trained blower door test personnel and certified RESNET HERS raters. In the future, the program will be open to other qualified testers and programs, and other applications, such as duct testing, will be added.
